Open Access Statement
This journal provides immediate, free, and permanent open access to all published content. This policy is based on the principle that making research results freely available to the public supports wider global knowledge exchange and contributes to the advancement of science.
All articles are available at no cost to readers or institutions. Users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of the articles, and to use the material for any lawful purpose without requesting prior permission from the publisher or the authors.
This open access policy is aligned with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), ensuring that scientific research remains accessible, shareable, and beneficial to the global academic community.

Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer review process by at least two international reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The Managing Editor and Editor-in-Chief are responsible for selecting suitable reviewers. For certain types of journals and articles, authors may propose potential reviewers.
Factors considered during the review process include:
- Relevance
- Originality
- Readability
- Statistical validity
- Language quality
Possible editorial decisions include: accepted, minor revision, major revision, or rejected.
Author Responsibilities
Authors have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that the manuscript is their original work.
- Confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not under review by another journal.
- Participate in the peer review process and respond to reviewers’ comments.
- Provide retractions or corrections when necessary.
- Ensure that all listed authors have made significant contributions to the research, with contribution levels defined in the “Author Contributions” section.
- State that all data in the article are genuine and authentic.
- Disclose any existing conflicts of interest to the editor.
- Identify all sources used in the preparation of the manuscript.
- Report any errors discovered in the published article to the editor.
- Agree that articles submitted for review cannot be withdrawn during the review process or after submission without a penalty as determined by the publisher.
Reviewer Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding the manuscript and treat it as privileged information.
- Conduct reviews objectively without personal criticism of the authors.
- Express their views clearly and provide supporting arguments (500–1000 words).
- Identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.
- Inform the Editor-in-Chief of any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript and other publications they are aware of.
- Decline to review manuscripts for which they have a conflict of interest.
Editorial Responsibilities
Editors have full responsibility to:
- Accept or reject manuscripts.
- Ensure the quality of content and the integrity of the overall publication.
- Consider the needs of both authors and readers.
- Safeguard the quality of articles and the accuracy of the academic record.
- Publish errata pages or issue corrections when necessary.
- Base decisions solely on the importance, originality, clarity, and relevance of the article.
- Protect reviewer anonymity (for journals using half-blind peer review).
- Ensure that all research materials comply with international ethical guidelines.
- Take action when misconduct is suspected.
Publication Ethics
- All editorial members, reviewers, and authors must adhere to the guidelines established by the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
- The corresponding author may withdraw the article only when it is still incomplete (before entering the review process or when revision is requested).
- Authors may not make major changes to the article after acceptance without a justified and serious reason.
- All editorial members and authors must be willing to publish corrections fully and transparently.
- Any indication of plagiarism, falsified data, or other forms of fraud must be reported in full to COPE.
Article Identification and Metadata
This journal employs the following standards:
- DOI (Digital Object Identifier): Each published article is assigned a DOI to ensure permanent identification and accurate citation.
- ORCID iD: Authors are encouraged to include their ORCID iD in the article metadata.
- Standardized metadata: Metadata is structured to ensure that articles can be easily discovered, stored, and shared.
- Permanent archiving: All articles are permanently archived to guarantee long-term accessibility.
Self-Archiving Policy (Green Open Access)
Authors are allowed to:
- Deposit the pre-print version of the article (before peer review) in institutional repositories or pre-print servers.
- Deposit the post-print version (after peer review) in institutional or subject repositories.
- Share the final published version in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons license applied to the article.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
The journal applies an APC of Rp150,000.00 (IDR) for accepted articles.

Plagiarism Detection Policy
All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software to ensure the originality of the content. Manuscripts with a high similarity score will be rejected or returned to authors for revision.
Publication Timeline
The journal is committed to maintaining a transparent publication process with the following estimated timeline:
- Initial screening: 3–5 days
- Peer review process: 2–6 weeks
- Final decision: 1–4 weeks
- Online publication after acceptance: 1–2 weeks
