Publication Fee Policy

This journal adopts an open access system to ensure that research findings are freely accessible to a global audience. To support the sustainability of publication activities, we apply an Article Processing Charge (APC).

 

Publication Fees

Article Submission Fee: Rp0.00

Authors are not charged any submission fee. The review process and initial editorial screening are conducted free of charge.

Article Processing Charge (APC): Rp150,000.00 (IDR)

This fee is charged only after the article has been formally accepted for publication following the peer review process. The APC covers:

  • Manuscript editing and copyediting
  • Journal management and administrative operations
  • Hosting, indexing, and maintenance of the journal platform
  • Open access dissemination of the published article

Important: The willingness or ability to pay the APC does not guarantee article acceptance. Editorial decisions are made solely based on the scholarly merit and scientific quality of the manuscript.

 

Payment Procedure

Payments are made via bank transfer to the following account:

After making the payment, please send the proof of transfer to:
Email: admin@journal.summa.my.id

Please include the following information:

  • Name of the Corresponding Author / Primary Author
  • Full Title of the Article
  • Article ID / Submission Number (if available)
  • Date of Transfer

The publication process will proceed once the payment confirmation is received by the journal management team. Confirmation of payment will be sent via email within 2–3 working days.

 

Fee Waiver Policy

Authors experiencing financial difficulties may apply for a fee waiver by submitting a written request with an explanation to the editorial office via the journal’s email. Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Note: The fee waiver policy does not influence editorial decisions or the peer review process.

 

Funding Transparency

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is used for:

  • Operational and maintenance costs of the journal system
  • Improvement of publication service quality
  • Development of journal infrastructure

APC funds are not used to pay editorial team salaries, ensuring independence and integrity in editorial decision-making.
